For printers with no screen:

  • Turn ON the printer and look for a WIRELESS BUTTON/ICON.
  • Press it and blue or green light will flash.
  • On the back of your router a WPS button is present, press and hold it for 3-4 seconds and the light will start blinking.
  • Wait till both the lights stop blinking, it indicates your device and printer is connected.

For printers with screen:

  • Turn ON the printer and look for a WIRELESS BUTTON/ICON in control panel.
  • Press it and blue or green light will flash.
  • On the printer screen a message for WIFI PROTECTED SETUP will prompt and the select “PUSH” button.
  • On the back of your router a WPS button is present, press and hold it for 3-4 seconds and the light will start blinking.
  • Wait till both the lights stop blinking and then check your printer screen.
  • It displays a message “Connection Established”, means the device and printer is connected.
